Letters with Lailah

Welcome to my page! Let me just tell you guys how surreal it is to be saying that! OMGGG! This is so exciting. So anyway a little about me, I am a young writer currently trying to discover myself and hopefully make a few friends along the way. My favorite color is pink and I basically consider myself to be a mini Elle Woods (if you know you know <3). I am a child at heart and LOVEEE all things Disney. Seriously I could probably recite 90% of the lyrics to their songs. I am an avid coffee drinker preferably Starbucks but I'll take what I can get. I also love food especially cooking and baking, it just makes my heart happy! And most importantly I'm a follower of Christ. 

 

Earlier this year I decided to start a journey with my writing and take control of my individuality. Though it's taken a while I am more than ready to take you along with me on this journey. This is what will set me apart from others you may be following. I am confident that this decision will create an abundance of opportunities for me. I will obviously be discussing issues important to me, but I also want to hear from you. As you will learn I am not shy about sharing my opinions, even if it takes me awhile to get to them, lol.

I am a firm believer in revealing yourself authentically to flourish in this crazy world we inhabit. Everyone else already has their own identity, so why would I not take advantage of mine? I intend to write about the highs, lows, and in-betweens of navigating my 20s, and share them with you, my fantastic readers. This site is being launched to show off my quirky and forever young personality, witty sense of humor, and gigantic heart. When starting this pursuit there was a question that stuck with me: “What fuels you?” For me, the answer was simultaneously simple and complex: I am a lover of words. I'm fascinated by the power of words and how I can create an impact by sharing those that cycle through my brain. This is why I decided to launch my personal passion project, "Letters with Lailah."
